Development of plasmon-enhanced fluorescence biosensors that explore
the metal nanoparticles antenna effect for the detection of specific
disease biomarkers., e. g. nucleic acids.
Functionalization of gold nanoparticles (rods, spheres, triangles) with nucleic acids for optical imaging and biosensing.
Synthesis and characterization of gold nanoparticles.
