Research Activities
My research is focused on the understanding of the biological roles played by RNA binding proteins from bacteria of the Burkholderia cepacia complex (Bcc), with especial emphasis on their role in the regulation of bacterial virulence. I am also interested in using OMICs approaches to identify regulatory RNAs and their targets envisaging the deciphering of their biological roles.
